Please disregard the yellow flier that went home on Thursday regarding a $2.00 cost for House of Flavors ice cream for field day. Girl Scout Troop 3417 has covered the cost for every student to get ice cream! All but one of those troop members attend our school and had it on their hearts to provide this service to their classmates! We are continually blown away by the kindness of our students. Thanks again Troop 3417! You are awesome!

This is a reminder that our Spring Music Program is this evening (5/17) in the WCHS Auditorium. Doors will open at 6:00 PM with the program beginning at 6:30 PM. Students may be dropped off to the following rooms at 6:15 PM:
3rd Grade - Auditorium (There will be a section marked off for them in the back)
4th Grade - Choir Room
5th Grade - Band Room
We encourage families to stay for the entirety of the show. You will pick up your student after the show, from the same room you dropped them off at. We look forward to showcasing the hard work students have been doing!
Right after the music program we will have ice cream in the commons to celebrate your students! We look forward to seeing everyone this evening!

Our 5th grade students visited Driver Middle School for 6th grade orientation. The students learned about classes, extracurricular opportunities, and expectations. They also got a tour of the building. Lastly, we had the pleasure of watching the DMS band and choir. Thanks for hosting us DMS! Our students were excellent listeners and did a great job of being an attentive audience. Go Warriors!
The 4th grade finished up their work on the novel "Wonder" with a trip to the Towne Square Cinema" to watch the movie. They got to enjoy popcorn and drinks while they watched the film. Thanks for the hospitality Towne Square Cinema!
